Filmed in Morocco and Malta, the story begins when his earthly father, St. Joseph, dies, and portrays Mary telling Jesus that the time has come to fulfill his mission. Jesus' dramatic journey includes the Sermon on the Mount, the temptations of Satan, the selection of the twelve apostles, the Last Supper, the Crucifixion, and the Resurrection.
