Catequesis de Iniciación Cristiana para adultos

Preparada por el Instituto Catequistico de la Diócesis de Zipaquirá, este cuaderno para el catecúmeno es la primera parte de una colección de cuatros cuadernos para los catecúmenos y contienen todo el programa de preparación a los sacramentos de Iniciación Cristiana a través de un itinerario de fe, en tres momentos: la Precatequesis, la Catequesis remota y próxima al Bautismo, y la Catequesis Mistagógica, siguiendo la experiencia del catecumenado en la Iglesia. Todo desarrollado a partir del método situacional.

Cada paso de la metodología está sugerido en lo referente a formulación de metas, exposición de temas, recursos, lecturas bíblicas, cantos, oraciones y sugerencias pedagógicas. Ofrece también una pequeña adaptación a algunos ritos propios de este proceso de fe, para que pueden ser celebrados con mayor facilidad.

Pretende acompañar a los adultos que por algún motivo no han podido celebrar los sacramentos de Iniciación Cristiana, para que revestidos de Cristo y fortalecidos por el Espíritu Santo den testimonio de su fe en el nuevo milenio.

Catechesis for the Christian Initiation of Adults

Prepared by the Catechetical Institute of the Diocese of Zipaquirá, this book is the first part of a four part collection for catechumens and contains the entire program of preparation for the Sacraments of Christian Initiation through a journey of faith in three movements: Pre-catechesis, remote and proximate catechesis for Baptism, and Mystagogy, following the catechumenal experience of the Church. Everything is developed according to the situational method. Each step of the methodology is suggested in relation to the formulation of goals, explanation of themes, resources, Biblical readings, hymns, prayers, and teaching suggestions. Also offered is a short adaptation of some of the rites that accompany this process of faith so that they can be celebrated with greater ease.

This book is meant to accompany adults who have not been able to celebrate the Sacraments of Christian Initiation so that they may be clothed in Christ and fortified by the Holy Spirit to become witnesses of their faith in the New Millennium.
