About the author:
John Goodwin has been a teacher at a number of universities, most recently as senior lecturer in creative writing at the University of Portsmouth, Hampshire, England. He has also written a number of children's books and over forty radio plays for the BBC.
About the illustrator:
Tina Macnaughton was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, and completed a degree in illustration before going to work as a graphic designer in London. She now illustrates picture books full-time.
