Shipping Information

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

Our normal delivery days are Monday - Friday. Delivery days are based on the schedule of our carriers.


How do you handle backorders?

Orders with backordered items will be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you prefer to split the shipment and have items that are available shipped to you immediately with backordered items shipped later, please indicate that you want items shipped when available in the Additional Instructions field in the shopping cart. This box is located in the lower left side of the checkout screen.

if the customer preferrs to have the items shipped to them when the items are available they need to specifiy that they prefer to have a split shipment, which means that they will be paying for shipment each time we send things out. 

How can I track my order?

Once an item in your order becomes available for shipping, we will send you a notice that the item has shipped.  If the shipping method you chose provides tracking, the email will contain the tracking information.


Will you ship to non-US addresses?

No. At this time, we only ship to addresses in the continental United States.


If I am ordering from a parish, school or other institution, can I use this site?

All on-line orders must be pre-paid. If you have a pre-arranged discount schedule, please call in your orders at 1-800-876-4463.
