Use of Information on the Website
Booksellers may access and use for the purpose of promoting Pauline titles any information titles—covers, excerpts, author interviews, PDF files, and more. If it's on the Pauline Books and Media site, it's available to booksellers at no charge.

Information to Open an Account with Pauline Books and Media

Pauline Books & Media requires retail booksellers and distributors to complete the necessary forms for proper updating and maintenance of account information, and to establish business accounts with credit approval. Until such forms are completed, returned, and verified for credit approval, only prepaid orders (certified check, money order, MasterCard/Visa) or COD orders are accepted. For further information and new account application forms, please call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-836-9723, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, or e-mail customerservice@pauline.org

Customers terminating business must notify Pauline Books & Media in writing. Failure to comply with this policy could result in an unfavorable reference being offered if we are asked to supply such a reference.
